- 2 thick slices country bread
- 1 ripe tomato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
Method
Toast the bread until the edges are crisp.
Halve the tomato and rub the cut side over the toast so the pulp soaks in. Drizzle with olive oil and salt.
